Our History
Evergreen Ag History
Evergreen Ag was established in late September 2004 in Mathiston, MS, on the site of the former Mathiston Ford Motor Company. When we first opened, our primary offerings included seeds, fertilizers, and fence and gate supplies. By 2005, thanks to the overwhelming support of our customers, we expanded our product line to include feed, veterinary supplies, tack, chemicals, and hardware.
In the spring of 2008, Evergreen underwent a major remodel, which included a new warehouse, a small engine mechanic shop, and an expanded retail floor to accommodate our business growth. By this time, we had added a wide range of new products, including a full line of Cub Cadet and Exmark mowers, as well as Stihl products.
In the spring of 2011, Oktibbeha County Co-op purchased Evergreen Ag. Since then, we have continued to grow, adding hunting and fishing supplies, Bad Boy mowers and tractors, Scag mowers, and a complete line of implements.
Over the past 21 years, we have experienced great success at Evergreen Ag, and we owe it all to our customers and the communities we serve. We strive to provide the best service possible, and we view our customers not just as clients but as family. We truly appreciate your continued support and look forward to growing together in the future!
